 
With a degree in Business Administration, he is a founding partner of Intalent Consulting, trainer and coach. At Intalent, he has led various projects entailing talent identification, career plans and management development, in national and international companies, in the distribution, banking and automobile industries, among others. Previously he was Senior Consultant in the Madrid office and partner of Krauthammer International and before that he held several posts in the finance and marketing departments at Kodak.
